4. Be a people person. There is no way that you will make it in this field unless you enjoy working with other people. Make sure that you comfortable meeting new individuals on a weekly basis. Also, you need to be friendly and warm all throughout. You wouldn't want anybody to tell your prospects that you are a snub or difficult to work with, right?
